So many people tell me but it tastes good or I like it. But that doesn't mean it will be good to you. Eating for strength and not for gratification is not easy at first. But if you continue to try good foods you will learn to like and actually enjoy them. The important thing is to start making better choices one at a time.
Try incorporating one good choice per meal. Choose whole grain toast with your favorite spreads instead of a cinnamon roll.
Unbleached is a little better than bleached flour but not much. White refined flours have had 15+ nutrients taken out and 3 added back and then called enriched. Read your labels if the first ingredients are not whole foods look for another item.
Remember the choice is yours. For me I would rather spend my dollars for good food and be well than at the doctors office because I am sick.
